Heritage Radio is Manchester’s only dedicated 24 hour Islamic Radio Station, serving British Muslims. We are part of the British Muslim Heritage Centre. Our key commitments are to provide a platform for inter-faith dialogue and encourage greater community cohesion.

We have a reach of over 1 million people of all age groups.

We moved to 90.6FM in 2019 (after moving from 1602AM) and can be picked up on radios in Manchester and some of the sounding areas.

Heritage radio is also available on various platforms such as DAB on the Manchester SSDAB and will be available on Stockport SSDAB from 14th August 2023. We are also on the App and on Alexa smartspeaker.

The station aims to promote Islamic Heritage and the contribution of the Muslim community to the global society.
