Your Region, Your Community, Your Radio

Heritage Radio is Manchester’s only dedicated 24 hour Islamic Radio Station, serving British Muslims. We are part of the British Muslim Heritage Centre. Our key commitments are to provide a platform for inter-faith dialogue and encourage greater community cohesion. We have a reach of over 1 million people between the ages of 16 – 65.

Heritage Radio is a brand new addition to Manchester’s media market. Since our launch in June 2016, we are already broadcasting on 1602 Medium Wave across Manchester and a major part of the North West. Heritage Radio is also available on the latest DAB+ platform across Manchester and surrounding areas, further increasing our audience.

The station aims to promote education about Muslim Heritage and the rich contribution made to civil society; as well as to aid in the general development of the community, be it in an educational, social, economic or spiritual way.
